We collect information when you: submit a quote request through our website; contact us by phone, email, SMS, or website form; upload photos for a remote site assessment; are referred by one of our dealership partners; make payment via our secure Stripe payment links; or communicate with our team before, during, or after installation.

We may also receive referral details from authorised dealership partners where you have consented to the referral.

4. Payment Processing

We use Stripe as our secure payment provider for invoices, payment links, and card payments. When you make a payment, your payment details are processed securely by Stripe in accordance with Stripe’s privacy and security standards. We do not store full credit card details on our systems.

5. How We Store and Protect Your Information

We take reasonable steps to protect personal information from misuse, loss, unauthorised access, modification, or disclosure. Your information may be securely stored using trusted third-party systems including Zoho CRM, Zoho Creator, Zoho Mail, Stripe, secure cloud storage providers, and internal job management systems. Access is limited to authorised staff, technicians, and approved contractors who require the information to deliver our services.

We may disclose your information to: licensed electricians and technicians attending your installation; approved charger supply partners; dealership referral partners for discount verification; Stripe for payment processing; software and CRM providers; legal, regulatory, or insurance bodies where required; and authorities where disclosure is required by law.

We do not sell your personal information.
